About:
Broadway Lynx Soccer Club was started In 2008 by Randy Black. The club had one girls' team at the time. Since then BSC has grown to have as many as 6 teams. Currently, there are 4 teams in the club, 2 girls and 2 boys teams. BSC competes in the ODSL and has won many division championships across gender and ages over the years as well as many Randy Rawls sportsmanship trophies. The club serves players from various areas but serves mainly as a feeder program for Broadway High School.
A grassroots club philosophically, BSC promotes positive self-esteem, strong citizenship, team play, individual development and a love for the game all while keeping costs low to encourage participation by all. All coaches are volunteers and share a love of teaching not only soccer skills but more importantly, life skills. Our grassroots approach of providing quality soccer instruction and social opportunities for all socioeconomic, racial and religious backgrounds.
